My Disneyland

I'm back from a week in Yosemite and all I can say is WOW. This place is beautiful and it's tough to describe the feeling I got when I first entered the park. The only thing I can think of is that this is an adults Disneyland. It just seems so magical and everyday I would wake up and see that I'm in the valley of Yosemite and would think I was dreaming.

I spent most my days in the valley since my main objective this trip was to hike up to half-dome. I would have loved to visited Toulomne Meadow but it's tough to try and see the whole park in just one week. As I left I was already thinking of what to do and when to visit next.

I have a lot of photos to sort but this one from Glacier Point definitely caught my eye as I looked through the pictures.

Yosemite - part 1

July 4th weekend two years ago I visited Yosemite for the first time ever. It was the last stop on my amazing adventure across the country that started in Philly. I was only able to spend one day in Yosemite and ever since I left I think about that visit at least once a day. If you have ever been to Yosemite then you understand how amazing this park is. So Saturday I finally leave for my second trip to Yosemite. This time I'm staying for five days and one of those days I'm hiking Half-Dome. I'm packing 15 gigs of cards and I won't spend a single minute without the camera by my side.
